Experience the ultimate mountain getaway at this top-floor, 2-bedroom condo at Iron Horse Condominiums. This true ski-in/ski-out unit provides unparalleled convenience — step down the hallway and onto Winter Park Resort's world class slopes.

The condo complex amenities are perfect for après-ski relaxation. Bring your favorite beverage to the hot tub, loosen up in the steam room, and enjoy the heated pool. Workout in the newly updated fitness center.

About Iron Horse
- Iron Horse is one of only two ski-in ski-out condominiums with resort style ameneties at Winter Park Resort.
- Amenities include heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 large hot tubs, steam room, gym, game room, and more.
- Garage parking for one vehicle is included in price (other base area condo complexes charge extra for parking).
- Less than .5 mile walk to Winter Park Resort Village with restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
- Maximize your vacation time by skipping shuttle buses and avoiding paid parking lots.

-Guest office available in common area if you plan to work remotely.

- Top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and views of Continental Divide.
- Unit has a full kitchen. Ski in for lunch.
- Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private balcony.
- Secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds.
- Additional queen size Murphy bed in living room.
- 2 full bathrooms with showers in unit. Plus, additional showers and bathrooms available in locker rooms.
- 50" flat screen smart TV with Xfinity cable including HBO.
- High speed WiFi with modem in unit is suitable for streaming, Zoom, and working on software as a service platforms. Ski in for a meeting + ski out and enjoy the rest of your day on the mountain.
- Unit is on the same floor as the ski-in ski out access bridge.

- Condo size is 775 square feet.
- Full ski-in access may not be available early/late season. Ski-in access begins on the Mary Jane side of the ski area and requires intermediate (blue trail) skiing ability to access the start of the trail.
- This is our family’s second home. Unlike units run by large management companies, ours is truly family-owned and cared for. We kindly ask guests to book only when confident in their plans, as last-minute cancellations have a real impact on us. Thank you for understanding!

Immaculate well furnished condo in ski in ski out location

My college friend and I go skiing once a year and I’ve seen many ski condos. This Winter Park condo was tastefully furnished, and had all supplies needed for an excellent ski weekend. We appreciated the warm extra blankets, pool towels, humidifier, snow shovel, and coffee maker supplies in particular. There is also a working fireplace.The Ironhorse condo building is a ski and ski out location directly from the building. The renters were helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Winter Park.
