「The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! We enjoyed watching and listening to the rushing water!The host was very responsive and had helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back for another stay!」

「Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. Overall it was a nice homebase for exploring Colorado.Cons: living room screen door to porch is off the tracks, some of the windows don’t unlock to crank open, need better instructions on regulating heat/air, the garage floor needs cleaned out several inches of dirt, garage door wouldn’t close at one point and when I called left message and emailed..around 6:15pm on a...

「This condo was very conveniently locate close to the main and auxiliary bus lines with adequate parking and amenities. The only issue was with many cracked and chipped dishes (notified manager and being replaced, I think) and dirty cookware that was easily cleaned. I assume the manager will address with the cleaning crew. Elevator was out of service, but only one flight up. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「This house checked all the boxes! Out of the nine of us, there were seven adults, and none of us had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed. There was plenty of space for board games as well as space for those who wanted quiet time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we were near hiking and other activities. A great, memorable trip for the family. 」

「This house had everything that 2 families of 4 needed for exploring the bike park. We loved the super clean hot tub, a nicely equipped kitchen, and the quiet of the cul-de-sac location so we could sleep with our windows open. There's no AC, but the house vents relatively well. 」

「This Winter Park townhome was amazing! Big and spacious, comfortable furniture, clean hot tub, nice beds, well equipped, and amazing views! 2 car garage and mud room entrance with room for all your gear! Our Airedale, Archer, also loved the home and spent hours finding toys that other dogs left behind. It was perfect and I’ll definitely being staying there again! Thank you! 」

We enjoyed the entire week hiking, visiting RMNP, playing card games in the eves after delicious homemade dinners, & finished with smores around the fire pit on the back deck. 「I stayed here over my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids and it was so amazing to have a place that was so beautiful and such a great place to stay! 」

「This property was perfect for our family! The location was amazing! The set up of the house was great with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath! Having the Queen bunk beds was helpful and all 3 beds were comfortable. The dining table is large and worked great for meals and playing games. We spent almost every evening in the hottub as well which great after our long days! We highly recommend this site!」
