"Einfach eine super Ferienwohnung. Es hat fast alles gepasst. Einzige Kritik Punkte: Die Rauchmelder sollten an der Decke befestigt werden,nicht an der Garderobe an der Wand in 1,50m Höhe. Bei der Preisklasse wäre außerdem eine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl super. Wie gesagt war die Wohnung aber sonst wirklich Spitzenklasse (Sauna, Badewanne mit Whirlpool Funktion, Kamin ohne Feuerholz und auf Knopfdruck abschaltbar). Top."

"Het huisje was perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gesitueerd in een mooie omgeving waar je prima kan wandelen en dichtbij genoeg van de wat grotere plaatsen zoals Winterberg en Schmallenberg voor de boodschappen en winkeltjes. We zouden hier absoluut nogmaals verblijven. Snel en prettig contact met de eigenaar en de sleuteloverdracht was ook goed geregeld."

"Very friendly staff, and they have their private parking. No need to reserve. They are situated near a tunnel under the centre of Winterberg, so if you walk up the side of the tunnel you are right in the centre! And the hotel is really near the main road. Very convenient."

"This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
