“This is a fabulous place. Very clean comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy and checkout was easy as well. Loved our stay and would love to be back. ”

“The home was perfect for a quick over night work trip. Communication was great and easy to check in, etc…only downside was the yards were very over grown. We weren’t there long enough to utilize the backyard but it was very over grown as well. Again the home its self was immaculate and clean. Only one small downside”

“This home is pretty much as listed. You're close to major freeways. The layout of the home is nice. There is plenty of space for a group.The communication with the host is good but it was like pulling teeth to get the address and entry info on arrival day. We told them we would be there around 9pm and STILL had to request the info more than once. It would have been nice if the porch lights had been on since it was dark outside.We got a message regarding the rules which is normal. What we found……

“Very nice house in quiet suburb of Sacramento. We were here for a business trip and it was close to get to downtown area. The beds were very comfortable. House is very roomy and amenities are nice. We didn't eat here but the kitchen would be nice to cook in. I wish we could've spent more time here, it was mostly just for sleeping since we were gone most of the day and evening for work. It would be great for a family. The price was great and was a much cheaper option than hotel rooms for 4……

The space had everything we needed for a family trip, from a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms to cozy bedrooms. Communication with the host was smooth with all the info we needed for checkin and checkout. The neighborhood seems safe and family friendly.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place in the area!”
