「The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.」

「Good location (easy to train station and to ZRH from there) and spacious clean room. But - big but - BIG problem with communication here. I’m not a big complainer, but this was bad. I booked a room for two nights as I often do when my travel plans can change and I’m arriving early in the morning and want a room ready. The hotel messaged me asking what time I expected to arrive and I informed them it was likely to be after 2100 on Saturday or earlier sunday morning. I expected to be told what to...

「The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.」
