“This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins.

“We loved our stay on the boat from start to finish. We had great weather so great views from the hot tub out over the water. Comfy beds and the luxury shower block was clean and had nice showers. The boat is a short drive or 30/40 min walk into Poole (40 as we waited to cross the bridge and watch the ships sail by) I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. ”

“The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem.The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house.From the house, all the site seeing……
