“Love this hotel concept. Love it. Clean, efficient, conveniently furnished. Ideal for longer stays but even our overnight was outstanding. The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. “The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There……

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. ”
