「The staff were very kind and helpful to us. The room was very clean as well. Everyone really helped our family enjoy our stay and have a great time for our trip. We had a wonderful time and the food was amazing. The natural environment looked very nice and we liked the way they kept the nature as a sight out our windows and we recommend you choose this resort since it helped our family make wonderful memories. 「Staff was great, especially Taylor was so sweet! Loved the free tea/coffee bar and the rooftop was great! Location is great too! Perfect spot not too far from downtown shopping area , mall, winery, etc. The reason I gave it lower was the cleanliness of the room. Looking at it looks ok until you look closer or have to wipe the floor. So I dropped a mirror and it broke so I was cleaning it up and used a wet wash cloth to get small glass pieces up and the white towel turned black! I was so grossed...
