不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施
I have been going to this hotel for over a year secondary to work- it used to be customer focused but I don’t get that vibe anymore- when I went to check in after my shift at 245p on Sunday, no one at the front desk except kids running thru the lobby- when the front desk person did show up, she stated we do not have rooms cleaned at as expecting a huge construction crew- unbelievable but she did find one room on the third floor and gave me the key- when I went in to the room, it was a mess and not clean- when I went back to let her know, she responded ‘oops, my bad, wrong room.’ When I went to get the rest of my things, the housekeeper was outside smoking- I had no problem with that, but maybe clean the rooms first.
Again, this hotel used to be a nice place to go to after work, but now I dread the check in process and what to expect.
