Love the location and condo by the lake was in excellent condition. The pool which has always been a favorite for years needs updating. Pool furniture dirty, very worn looking and tiles in pool needed cleaning.

I wanted a lake front room, and upon opening the front door I immediately saw that the lake was right outside the back slider door! Newly remodeled in beach themed decor 😍, The patio outside the master br has a love seat, as well as a table with chairs. Many many other amenities!!! Fantastic stay cation for me and my paddle board!

Absolutely wonderful! Was celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and this one bedroom suit was more than perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Super clean, and the lake view was spectacular right outside our room along side the beach. We loved everything the only suggestion i have will be to have more beach chairs by the pool and i did fine the outside pool to be small for the resort size. They also have an inside pool which was nice and the sauna a plus. Carribean resort is a 10 for us. Thank you for a great stay . Would recommend ordering from pizza pub the pizza was very good.

Garden side 206 wasn't the cleanest. Chocolate on the pillow case. Lights (4) didn't work. Resort was dated. Pictures on Expedia looked better than in person. Wouldn't stay again.

Our room was not ready until 6 pm and the woman at the reception desk could not have cared less. We found leftover underwear from a prior guest and mold on the shower curtain. We had been coming here for a few years but this year was terrible and we won’t return.

I liked the indoor outdoor pool options. I didn’t utilize the beach. It was quiet I heard no one around me. We had an updated room where our friends had a very old out dated 2 bedroom. Could’ve used another drying towel or two in our room. We had to clean our dishes before we left. I felt like it was such a waste to use the dishwasher for 1 plate and knife because there was not a dish sponge available to wash the dish we had to use the dishwasher.

Check in time is later than most hotels at 5:00. Described as a “garden view” but there was no garden. The view is of a grass and other condos. Finally, the condo was not well maintained. The exterior windows were dirty. Air conditioning mounted on the wall had thick dust on the interior vents. The refrigerator had a plastic coated metal rack that was rusted. Crayon colored on the wall. Kitchen drawer that was badly damaged.

the kitchenette was very well stocked. If you plan on using the kayaks on site be sure to bring your own life jackets. The pools were clean and warm. We had some cooler days and it was great to use the outside pool and not be freezing. There is a sauna, which I didn't know they had, nice additional amenity. The "convenience' store was not well stocked, would have been nice to see ziplock bags, tin foil and laundry detergent. Having laundry in the unit was awesome, I was able to wash and dry all of our clothes before our trip home. At check in there was some confusion on the nightly rate, the desk staff was kind and diligently worked to get it corrected. Overall it was a great stay.
