Wonderful property

This property was wonderful to stay at during our vacation. It was the perfect size for all 6 of us traveling. We enjoyed all of the amenities located onsite as well.

Fun but not as advertised

Overall we had a great time. However, I am very upset that it was advertised as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath but when we got there we ended up with a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We were told that is what was purchased by the guy we rented from. We paid more than a 2 bedroom 1 bath but that's what we got. Very unhappy with the fuy we purchased from and VRBO.

The resort was clean, the lodge we stayed in was not very clean and had spider webs with spiders in the entryway and one of the bathrooms. The living room furniture was stained up and the carpet throughout the lodge needed a good cleaning. I don't think we will be returning to this resort on a vacation again.

A wonderful getaway

The whole property was nicely kept up and had many options for everyone. The pool, basketball court and playground were very close to our cabin. We drove over to the pond to do the free paddle boats and mini golf and the kids played in the sand over there. We got take out from the on site restaurant once, it was good and was very clean. There were a lot of pools around the property no matter where you stay, there is one close by. The front desk was very attentive in anything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful family getaway!

Nice accommodations. Terrible cleaning

We loved this resort. It was nicely decorated, Great pools, friendly staff. The cleaning fees were extremely and it was very dirty. All the mirrors were filthy and there was thick dust under the tables and on shelves. There’re was even a used coffee filter left in the coffee maker. When requested, maintenance was quick to respond. Scary cleaning practices especially during a pandemic.

The accommodation was as described. Some of the property amenities were unavailable as the state was just coming off of the pandemic lock down but we still had a great time .

Better than I expected!

The cabin we stayed in was great! The only hiccup was at the initial booking, the site allowed me to book Thursday-Thursday and the property is available Staturday-Saturday. Paul, the property manager immediately contacted me and came up with a solution. Although the whole issue was not ideal the outcome was acceptable. The cabin was clean and updated. You definitely feel like you are staying in the country but the property is really close to all the attractions in Wisconsin Dells. I would stay there again!

Great vacation!

Really enjoyed Christmas Mountain and Paul was great at answering questions before we got there. Would stay here again if we get back to Wisconsin Dells. Having to have water filters changed out every couple days or less was a bit inconvenient but I appreciate the precaution.
