Nice place but living room furniture was not comfortable

WE were there for a dance competition in the Dells. The location was good and the setting was very nice. The only issue was the uncomfortable seating (easy chair and couch) were simply worn out and needed to be replaces (cushions were shot).

Comfy and Cozy

Fun family condo to share time together during spring break! Comfortable beds and in room hot tub with fireplace was welcome after a day at the water park! Would definitely return for another visit!!

Great little getaway

We wanted to work remote for a couple of days near hiking trails around the Dells. We never heard others and had a great time.

Quiet and clean

My wife and I booked this for our anniversary/get away from the kids weekend. The resort was fairly empty when we arrived and it was quiet. The floor the room is on was very quiet even when guests were there. Room was very clean and every thing you may need was provided (minutes food and drinks obviously). Would definitely book a stay here again.

We never got inside the condo! The code they gave us didn't work. After 4 hrs of waiting for someone to assist us, we gave up and went elsewhere. Was told that we would be contacted regarding our refund, that was 2 days ago, haven't heard a word. The photo shows all we saw of the condo, for 4 HOURS!!! Until we gave up on "Someone will be there to help you shortly"

The pull out sofa bed with TERRIBLE to sleep on. If the sofa can not be replaced, add a topper. I found cheerios in the fold out. Sheets changed??? I don't like not knowing that everything is sanitary. I don't go on vacation to have to bleach out items to be able to use. The masster bathroom smelled like urine.
