Was a cheap, clean room. Only issue was the shower didnt work great and the tub had a very slow drain. Took like a 5 minute shower and was 2" of water in the bottom when i was done.

Pool was green.. air conditioner in room did not work, the bath tub would not drain. Lady at front desk was RUDE.. said check in was at 3 so we went there at 3:00. Lady proceeded to tell me check in wasn’t until 4. Had to show her the booking confirmation stating check in was ay 3:00. Finally was able to get keys. Not work 144 dollars a night.

Fields motel was very convenient to location we were visiting, as well as clean and comfortable. It was priced very reasonable and I was able to schedule my stay very easily as well.

Property run down a bit. TV didn’t work but was repaired by management after reporting it. Spent time working until it was operational. No hair dryer available. Was OK just for the night. Picnic tables and BBQ grill available for guests to use. No other outdoor seating. Pool was used by other guests. Seemed adequate.

Hi Cathy, thanks for staying with us and reviews. TV channels run by spectrum cabal services they keep upgrading software which forced us for manual reset. I hope you stay with us again.

A bit of confusion at the front desk checking in after making reservations in advance. It was fixed tho, and the only other thing is the whole place is in serious need of updating on the property and buildings.

Stayed here just one night thankfully as the room had issues. It smelled strongly of smoke, so much that our clothes picked up the smell. The hot water wasn't warm enough to take a shower, so we went without. The AC unit wasn't working right so about every 15-30 minutes it would make a very annoying sound that would wake you up. On the plus side, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. If the room hadn't had those issue it would have been a good stay.

Hi Damon, thanks for review and sorry for having issue while your stay. Sometime issue in electronics are sudden. we will fix that if it so. We charge 100 for smoking in room. But who smoke outside we cannot stop. In case any smell of smoke, sorry we are not aware about it. But we will take this as serious and will wash room. The rooms which are far from water heater room, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to reach hot water up to there. Thanks for staying with us and we want you to visit again!

Hi. This motel run under new ownership and after COVID pandemic, Wilderness stopped giving passes to motels. So we can not give passes. Some accounts like Facebook were controlled and owned by previous owner so we cannot change 'free passes' related text. But we clearly mentioned in our website as well reservation confirmation email about this. We offer Kalahari water park passes in good discount rate. Our all front doors are strong wooden door and wrapped with steel (iron) and it is even not possible to push nail. Door is with two locks, one inside which only guest can close and open. We checked other doors and found damage of bathroom door from inside and we fixed it. The previous guest damaged it.

The bathroom door had a hole punched through it. There was a pop top on our floor, so it wasnt cleaned very well. The pool still said closed at 3pm and when i asked, I was told its fine, just go in. The stairs walking up to our room looked like they were gonna collapse any day. I went because reviews were ok but i disagree highly! The pool was ok and the location was nice within walking distance to downtown.

We booked this Hotel in Orbitz thinking it would be busy over the 4th of July weekend Lots of vacancy’s left but the Motel was 185.00 for the night The stains on the carpet were bad the room was very desperately in need of a painting or even a wash the cigarette smoke smell was extremely potent Our comforter had a couple boogers on it The bathroom was ok but no water pressure The motor on our air conditioner was extremely load and there were holes along the wall by it The pool was very cloudy with stuff floating

I was scared to be outside at times. I saw a lot of illegal things go on. The steps need replaced because they were soft when going up and down, I'm not a big person. The rooms are outdated. Very confident location. They gave us two shampoos and a bar of soap. We could literally see facial expressions on faces of new guests like they were shocked.

The best thing was the outdoor heated pool. It was clean, and the water was warm, which was nice because it was seasonally a bit cool. The room was clean inside, but the pillows were incredibly flat with no structure, so it was not the most comfortable sleeping set up. I would have stayed at one of the resorts, but they are incredibly expensive on the weekends. It was an OK place to stay on Saturday night before staying at the resorts Sunday through Tuesday nights. For the final price of $140, it was not a good deal, other than the fact that everything else was crazy expensive.

Place was run down but for price it didn't bother us. What bothered us is we had no soap, shampoo or anything towels for 1 and I dropped something looked under bed and i don't think it's been vacuumed ever. Red stain on fitted sheet of one bed, food from god knows when was in refrigerator. No Wi-Fi at least we didn't find a password anywhere?? I would stay here again though. But I definitely would check room before you unpacked.

I really enjoyed the popcorn left under the sheets when I went to get into bed. Pretty sure the sheets were not laundered since the last guests were in the unit. Shower did not drain well stood in water for the whole thing. Stairs to upper level felt like you could fall through looked to be pretty rotted.

Do your research well.
It would be nice if they would be more clear about what is and is not included with their rooms. They no longer provide water park passes but it is still listed on the coupon books they give you when you get there. They have an ice bucket in the room and directions to where you can get ice but when you go there, there is no ice. It’s cheap for the area so that is still nice but there is another hotel two blocks away for close to the same price that at least has an indoor pool. Next time I will stay there instead.

We had an outside walk up with the snow not removed from the stairs. The guy at the front desk trying to get me to pay again and if I hadn’t printed my receipt itineraries I would’ve had to give her money again to pay for the room twice. The beds were comfortable the room was clean
