Clean and cozy place, nice and quiet! We enjoyed having the use of a separate living area and kitchen. Good location not far from downtown, but far enough to be calm and quiet when we wanted to wind down. Easy booking and check in/check out.

Family fourth vacation

It is a very nice location quieter in the evening then near the strip. Is still close enough to everything to be enjoyed. Food at the resort was pretty good obviously a little on the high side but is to be expected. Golf course was in great condition. A little challenging at times and others not so much. Overall made for great early evening round and couldn't be the price. Was an amazing weekend for all involved couldn't ask for more.

Girls Weekend Getaway

A few of my friends and i stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. We had a common area to hang out and get ready and then when we decided to call it a night it was quiet and comfortable. Being on the end of the building really helped keep it quiet.

The place was very nice and comfortable. Its right in the Dells so it isn’t far from attractions downtown and we took advantage. It was a great time and I look forward to booking again.

Great getaway away from the chaos

This property is a great getaway from the chaos of the Dells. I love the ability to spread out as a family. There were 2 double beds, a fold out couch and a private room with a king bed. The virtual tour gives a better understanding than the photos. The accommodations were clean and cozy at an affordable price. Very happy with our stay. Would stay again.

Room was perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels and spare blankets. Hot water pressure in the bathroom could have been better and shower head could use replacing to one with changeable settings/no mineral build up but those are minor things. Room was clean and as pictured.

This was a spacious unit that was good for our family of four (2 kids, 2 adults). We appreciated the kitchen that was well-stocked with cookware/utensils. Beds generally comfy. Convenient location - we liked being away from the main drag and the Chula Vista property is great! There are no waterpark passes included (which was clear in the listing), but something for a potential guest to be aware of. The indoor waterpark is really great! Only downside to this place was that the couch was small and not very comfy and the infestation of asian beetles was gross.

Cozy and spacious condo… great view of the golf course and main lodge. Floor was a bit dirty And there was a crusty burnt pizza pan in the oven. Bathtub could use an upgrade and toilet seat was nearly detached. Very quiet and comfortable beds… Enjoy!

The villa was decent, housekeeping could do better with under couches/beds. It had a nice kitchen area and fit our family. Within walking distance to the resort. The walls were paper thin and a girls basketball team stayed on our floor. Super loud slamming doors and you could hear everything. Called security at Chula Vista- rude customer service and said quiet hours didn't start until 10(it was 9:45pm) she also corrected me and said I was staying in the villas- it is not called condos! FYI in case you ever need to call customer service. Property management did a great job with communicating from check in to check out.

Bad Communication

The property was nice and close to the dells, but the water got shut off randomly and the help desk said they couldn’t get anyone there to help until morning. I asked where we should go to use the bathroom and get water for our night routines and she couldn’t give me help or an answer. I ended up calling Chula Vista nearby to see what was going on and they were able to help us despite us not being their responsibility. We also paid for a late check out, only for a cleaning staff to come early and say we were supposed to be out at 10am. I showed them the reservation and they finally left, but it seems like that should have been communicated instead of accusing us of overstaying our welcome. Overall, it was okay, but certainly not great.

Easy walk to Chula Vista water park! Nearby golf and restaurants close to downtown! Condo has everything you need, clean and comfy!
