We were very disappointed with our stay. While the living room was spacious, nearly everything else fell short. The oven was broken and duct-taped shut, making it impossible to prepare meals—one of the main reasons we rented a condo. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were also broken. Running the dishwasher caused filthy water to spray out of the sink—twice. We spent hours cleaning it and washing dishes by hand for nine people.The sofa bed mattress was stained and so creaky it woke people up. The third “bedroom” wasn’t a legal sleeping space—it had no window or second exit. With 9 guests, we had no choice but to use it, but it felt unsafe. The listing also overstated supplies: not enough dishes for 9, only one parking pass (we were told to park in a public lot), and poor lighting throughout.The patio was littered with beer cans. Blinds didn’t block outdoor spotlights, and the laundry situation was misleading—we had to use a laundromat. Three of five packages for our kids were lost at the front desk.We emailed Vacasa the day we checked out, then again the next Tuesday and one week later. Each time we were told they’re “waiting for the local team.” The poor service during the stay has continued post-checkout. We paid a lot for this rental and are very disappointed.
