I do not recommend this place at all!
There is no cleaning service at all, even if you have to pay for it before we arrived there. Since there was an apartment unit for rent online, we were expecting to stay in an apartment. We reserved online an individual unit - not a motel room. Manager gave us a motel room 😡. We had to deal with really stubborn drinkers, disrespectful and ignorant people there during our stay at night. They were drinking, destroying the property, partying and fighting after midnight every night. When we complained with the manager, she said “call the police”, really? Plus we asked her fir a refund, she said there were no refunds so we had to stay another night in hell! We enjoyed going out all day at Wisconsin Dells, so we did not have to deal with people at the “motel”. We were charged for cleaning service, but they NEVER cleaned our room, rugs were disgusting 🤮, they were not cleaned since our arrival, manager was embarrassed when we approached her to talk about it, but never did. We were not happy staying at that motel. We will never come back, and we strongly do no recommend this place.
