I liked how convenient it was to walk to the water park and theme park! And how it all connects! I didn’t like the 26 dollar stroller we rented that had to be returned 30 minutes before the park closed… should offer discount for strollers for people who are staying at the hotels. Also the room was quit dirty. Bugs on the edge of the floor, on the window sills and then the sink was molded underneath. Otherwise our stay was wonderful the parks were clean and it was updated big time since we went three years ago! And couldn’t beat the price for 4 days!

Internet does not work. We had to move rooms from far away because it looked like a run down druggie house. We didnt feel safe in the first building. We switched to the 39c building which had a free pool but it was subpar at best. The beds are not comfortable, you only get 2 thin sheets to cover up with. I also left with bites on my legs. You would think with all the money they make they could upgrade the rooms. The bathroom was dingy and it was just not a good place to stay. Our room door wouldnt lock either. If we come back to the dells we will definitely pay more money to stay at the hotel rome or another nearby hotel and just pay to get into the water park. This was very disappointing that we spent over 500 for 3 nights for a room that was horrible and unsafe.

I didn’t get towels and when I called they said the they will get them for me and an hr after no body showed up I kept calling the front desk and they just didn’t answer me I had to go find someone from housekeeping all the way to the 3rd floor we just needed towels and a trash bag
