「My wife and I were in town for a family funeral--not exactly the best of conditions. However, the amazingly warm and friendly staff at The Inn at Wise made feel welcome, as if we were members of their own family. The kindness and warmth we were shown from the entire team, especially Laken, the General Manager, was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. 「This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. 」
