"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. "It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. "Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. The hotel reminded me of pubs and hotels from my child hood. Nothing fancy but still worth the stay. The bar downstairs had a good vibe to it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was also clean. A few toiletries like shampoo body wash and bars of soap are put in the bathroom. Tea coffee and milk was there ready for a cup of tea in the morning. The view was lovely if you like people watching. 2 minutes away is a patisserie which did the best breakfast Iv had in a long time. It’s about a 25 minute journey to Mablethorpe beach. I will be going back there as I loved the atmosphere it had. 10/10"
