It's important to note that in our experience there was nearly no service: when we were there we did not meet a single staff member. But for us this was fine. "Lovely stay! We got there late and the restaurant part of the bar downstairs was closing but our kind bed and breakfast owner asked them to wait a bit and feed us. The bar was fun and had a variety of British beers. Absolutely recommend it!"

Several great restaurants, but book ahead as they can be busy for dinner. We stayed here 8 years ago on holiday and are glad we came back, it was just as good as we remembered. "

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
