“Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. ”

“Lovely hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had the family suite which was amazing. Lacked coathangers but other than that it was fantastic. “Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"!
Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……
