Looking for privacy and a great place to enjoy your toys and horses ? If so you found the right place !! This brand new house was just completed in 2020 . The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with private street ,lot of spacious and surrounded by Mountain views and huge open deserts 🏜 This home offers a nice big front/back-yard presenting a huge fenced area for the horses , 7 horses stalls and a huge corral in place including feeders and water line for them. You can ride them anywhere around the subdivision and open deserts with trails. Very open space for any entertainment. Bring your ATV toys dirt bikes and enjoy endless sky views during outdoor camp fire. It’s a great private subdivision to enjoy ! Minutes away from Surprise and only 25 minutes from Wickenburg where you find Arenas and other events. Only 10 minutes away from Family Dollar store, Shell gas station with some convenient stores near by and about 15-20 minutes from Walmart Home Depot restaurants hospital etc !
