Welcome to your very own personal retreat on the North Sea: This exclusive holiday apartment was completed in early summer 2026 and combines modern design, high-quality amenities, and one of the most beautiful locations in Carolinensiel to create a holiday experience of the highest calibre. It is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift.

Generous windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer a unique view of the Harle. From the living room, the bedroom, and the spacious loggia, you can enjoy a breathtaking view across the Harle all the way to the historic museum harbour.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen blends harmoniously into the living space. High-quality furniture, a comfortable sofa, a cosy armchair, and a TV ensure relaxing moments after an eventful day on the North Sea.

The stylishly furnished bedroom features two high-quality box-spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm). In addition, the living room has a pull-out sofa bed.

The modern bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, elegant design, and high-quality fixtures.

A travel cot and high chair are available for an additional fee.

A private parking space is available right next to the house. For bicycles and e-bikes, there is a locked bike room in the basement with charging stations.

Thanks to its prime location in the heart of Carolinensiel, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the historic harbour are all within walking distance. The North Sea beach in Harlesiel is only about 2.5 kilometres away and can be reached quickly by bike or with a leisurely stroll along the Harle.
