“Our third time staying and it’s a lovely hotel. Only disappointment this time was the breakfast. Over cooked black eggs and hard, stale croissants. Such a shame. Would still stay there but breakfast elsewhere.”

“Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room.
The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring. Also had a strong……

“We stayed at this new hotel (about 3 months since opening) for 1 night. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The decor is unique and interesting, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is located about a brisk 15-minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall and about 20 minutes to the big museums. All in all, a very pleasant……
