"The stay went very well until there was a power outage and everyone had to evacuate. May have been related to the construction which to be fair I was aware of. Re-booked by the staff into another hotel efficiently. Overall the staff and the stay was excellent."

"I stayed at Park Plaza London Riverbank and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent, right by the Thames, with easy access to central London and several key attractions. It’s also convenient for public transport, which made getting around the city very simple. The room was a bit small, but modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained and felt quite upscale. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and any requests smooth and hassle-free. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and well-organized despite being quite busy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the dining area was well managed. Overall, the hotel offers a solid balance of comfort, location, and service. I would happily stay here again when visiting London and would recommend it to both leisure and business travelers."

"Our arrival was fine and staff very helpful at reception. When we entered our room, we saw that it had a locked door adjoining another room. We went to dinner fairly early as we had a flight at 7.30. the following morning We shouldn't have bothered as service in The Garden Restairant was extremely slow. When we returned to our room at about 9.30..p.m. it coincided with the arrival of our neighbours the other side of adjoining door. The noise was horrendous, they went out for a short while and then returned later to carry on in the same way. We had precious little sleep and would consider this very poor value for money."

"We only stayed one night while waiting for our flight and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very tiny so I wouldnt want to stay for a long time but it was in a great location and very suitable for the night. It was very modern and the front desk staff were very helpful."

"Just spent nearly a week at the Copthorne Tara. Room was a bit shabby and dated ( although I don’t care about the latter), but clean. And for what I paid, the size of the room was great, and it was just a standard double. Staff helpful. Excellent location near the High Street Kensington Tube stop, and Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens, which is important to me because I love wandering through that park."
