「We arrived on a hot day -- the windows in the loft where my grandson stayed wouldn't open so the heat was unbearable, only 2 out of 3 fans worked, the porch was beaten up, torn seat covers, linoleum floor in bath was ripped and I tripped on it almost landing in the shower, torn bedskirt, no TV remote. We contacted host immediately and checked out the next morning. We did receive partial refund from host.」

「Good location, the elevator was broke so had to use the stairs. They indicated this was a long-term outage, no hot water one day, no window covering so you had no privacy.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Tucker Mt Lodge/Powder to the People very much. Instructions for contactless check in were very clear, location was convenient, parking garage easily fit our truck. Unit was clean and cozy, cute decor, and all bedding/blankets we needed. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. Would stay there again!」
