"Perfect little cottage for a family with kids. It rained all day but the house offered plenty of excitement indoors for the young kids and the adults. Well appointed, thoughtfully decorated, and a great price."

"Honestly the stay was fantastic! It was cozy, clean, and offered everything we needed for our short stay in the area. Eric made sure to give us the rundown on what we needed to know and had no communication issues. And while the place may be teeny tiny, that doesn’t diminish from the stay and experience; made for a perfect place to unwind after a day out and about. Definitely recommend!"

"The property was picturesque. Thought i would bring some books or read what is there. There wasnt a tv (as the write up states). Can bring a tablet. The cottage has wifi in the there. Very strong signal. But you cant use it. You have to use the house one. Signal can be spotty. 2nd night we bought a puzzle to pass time. But overall the place was beautiful. And i would stay again."

"The property was as listed. Secluded spot, but just close enough to get to town to do stuff. The check in process was seamless. The house does have some regular wear and tear, but is super cute and was great for me and my friend's to relax. My dog loved the yard. We did have to purchase a new propane tank to use the grill for just one night. Also didnt have enough toilet paper for the whole trip. There are no paper towels either. "We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at Cabins in the Woods. I rated it a four for cleanliness because it is a cabin after all. Didn’t expect anything else. Such a charming, comfortable place with plenty of privacy. Ed in the office was so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back! "

"We visited for a weekend, to attend a local graduation. The house is lovingly cared for - immaculate, well appointed, and in a serene setting. Jim is lovely, too. The grounds and dock are great and the water looks crystal clear. I would recommend this rental without hesitation."
