“Rented for three nights in December. Pre-communication was not as expected. We had to contact the host to receive an email for the “unlock code” and the wifi. Arrived at dusk and saw a MasterLock keybox on the side of the wall but could not unlock the box to get the keys. Call to the host rolled to voicemail with a full mailbox. Called VRBO who patched us through to the host. She explained the code was for a keypad on the door not the lockbox. We couldn’t see that because the outside light was……

“The accomodations were very nice, the staff was helpful and informative, and although it was a casino, the room and hallways were quiet. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great features.”

“Our carpet smelled bad. There were small pellets on the floor that looked like they were deodorizers. The security to the building was non existent. The room keys didn't work on the outside doors but that was ok because they were never locked! We asked for a change of rooms but they were fully booked.”
