"We stayed here with 9 people over a weekend, and the place was amazing. My best friend is getting married soon and we decided on this listing, and honestly everything about it was awesome. Plenty of games to play, a huge TV upstairs that we used to watch the UFC fight. Everything was clean and the hosts were more than accommodating and nice. The view is amazing in the morning. Definitely recommend this place if you are hesitating, it was a great weekend that I don't think we'll forget."

"This was our second summer weekend at this property. It is a beautiful home in pristine condition. Bed linens we cozy and comfortable (nice pillows too!). The house has several nice common areas in which to hang out. It gets great light, and the high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. Easy drive to North Conway for a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. We have already booked another weekend next summer!"

"Overall, what an amazing place, Well kept and very clean. Internet was kind of unreliable, didn't reach a lot of places but we made due. Biggest complaint, I reached out by text to 2 different numbers but never got a response. They weren't big issues, but still. I've been renting thru VRBO for many years and this is by far my family's favorite."

"1st week of September with temperatures in the 80’s. Couldn’t ask for better weather. When we entered the home we saw a spectacular view of the pond from the kitchen and living room. Perfectly bordered by the trees on either side it’s picture perfect. We had a wonderful stay floating in the pond and we even met a couple of kayakers. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax."

"Great house at the end of a short dirt rd, with zero traffic! We enjoyed everything about it, from the lg living rm/ kitchen to the bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. But most of our time was spent on the deck, by the firepit, or on the sandy beach and dock. We'll be back...and next time we'll bring kayaks and friends!! :) Thanks for sharing your beautiful cottage."

"Well sorted house 3 minutes from gunstock. 3 bedrooms make it easy to vacation with 3 generations. The driveway is certainly steep and eager to form ice. I put down about 3 bags of salt to solve the issue. I recommend you do the same. AWD and winter tires highly recommended."
