Additionally, both locations are just a short drive or walk away: Shellharbour Marina is a 3 minute drive and Shellharbour Village a 5 minute walk from the property. This ensures easy access to the marina's amenities, waterfront activities, and the charming shops and cafes of Shellharbour Village.
Jamberoo Action Park is a 22 minute drive away, Stockland Shopping Centre is within an 8 minute drive, Dunmore Train Station is down the road, and local buses along Addison Street for local transport.
Other Things to Note: Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels. All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
