"An excellently-located hotel for travellers arriving at and leaving from Brussels Midi station, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Our stay was less than great because of the temperature of the room, which when we arrived was probably in the high 20sºC and as such unbearable. When we told the front desk staff as we left for the evening the solution offered was to switch off the room's heating completely – when we returned the temperature had lowered slightly, but it was only in the small hours of the morning that it was anything like acceptable. The person on check-out the next morning was apologetic that the temperature had been so high."

Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed. Our room had no view at all but was quiet. Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. "
