"When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadn’t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid. "I had two weeks Christmas vacation. This is the only bad experience in lodging. First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code. She asked me if I get in. So...

"This is not premium ... This is a tired , not well keept apartment. Parking is tricky.... Only good i can say is that the bed was clean and quite comfortable . "

"Property is right in center of town and we could walk to all the places we are interested in. The only negative thing was that we reserved for 3 people and we only got towels and bedding for two."

"I stayed at the hotel during a business trip. It was a very pleasant stary. The building is historic it is written that its restoration took into account the acoustics of the rooms. However, it was possibile to hear and understand conversations from adjacent rooms, people snoring at night, etc. The hotel provides ear plugs, which can help reduce the noise. There was a fan in my room that helped maintain a constans background noise. The people at the reception where very friendly and helpful. The gym facilities and sauna are excellent. The breakfast was amazing. Many local products. There were even plant-based options. The location is very convenient."
