“Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and……

“Place was perfect. Very clean. Really large. Super convenient location. Staying here made our son’s graduation special because we could relax and be comfortable in this awesome place. Host was absolutely lovely and respectful. We will definitely be back when visiting Quantico. A peaceful hidden gem for sure!!!!”

“Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”

“Home was ok. Very busy area, loud outside (cars revving engines near by all day/night, construction all over, chickens next door with roosters). Fenced yard is nice, however a privacy fence would be more enjoyable. Beds were doubles. Nicely updated home. Hot tub worked fine. Fire pit was nice, host confirmed/provided firewood.”
