Countertops you could see visibly grime and bathroom floors you could see the dirt all over and in grout. Did not look to be touched in awhile other than new trash bags. "

"Staff was very nice, water pressure in tub wasn’t the greatest and there was a huge roach that was in the shower. The staff did ask if we wanted to change rooms but we had too much stuff to move and we were leaving the next day. "

"Before I reserved I call them whether the hot tub is working the front desk said yes, however, the manager said it has been broken for 5 months when I checked in. I tried to cancel it with hotel.com. But it was very hard and I stayed in with a big disappointment. The room smells so bad, so I asked to change."
