「The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue...

「Great location, really quiet area of town. Some neighbors could be a little loud at night but nothing bad or the hosts fault! Kitchen had everything we needed, combo washer and dryer takes a little getting used to but did the job! Hosts answered any questions quickly. Would stay again!」

「The apartment was good - clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The area is a little run down but felt safe throughout the day and night. Only issue was that the owner was not pleased that I plugged my car into a regular outlet for charging. Never had an issue with this anywhere else, and it is not a safety hazard which the owner is claiming. He charged a fee for ‘breaking the rules’ even though there was nothing said about how electrical outlets could/should be used up front. 」

I would like to give this property five stars but there were a few issues on arrival that may fall on the cleaning service because the host was seemingly unaware. However, I contacted the host via the Vrbo app and was pleased to experience a pleasant, responsive, and accommodating communication experience.」
