Perfect getaway space

We were enjoying a road trip exploring the national parks and this was an excellent location to end the evening at. The location was perfect with a great coffee shop and cafe close by.

Hug a Sequoia

Comfy cozy creeky place. Had everything you need. Park near by. Sorry drive to the sequoia national forest. Kids thinks it's visited by spirits. Lol not mean ones. Appirition of a man by the shed. Could be true, could be kids with brilliant adventurous imaginations. Didn't have to contact anyone, so have than a5 to not hurt their rating.

Cute farmhouse

The property has a cute tucked away spot but was close to the things we needed. We were in town for a family wake. The bedroom set ups and bathrooms were just the size we needed. It was really quiet and serene on property but a 5 min walk and you are at a park of food place.

Very peaceful place.

This is such a nice place to relax with family! It’s clean and have some great reading materials. Everything we needed was in there. Will stay again the next time we’re in the area!

Great for visiting Sequoia/Kings Canyon

Just a quick 2 night stay so our family of 6 (age 11-18) could get a day in Sequoia and a day in kings canyon National Park. It was close enough to make day trips in both park doable. The place is secluded and close to a elementary school with lots of fields and open space. 2 unexpected highlights of our trip came from staying here. There is a community run botanical garden that was free to visit and we spent 2 hours walking among the various fruit trees and sampling delicious ripe fruit (signs said you could pick for eating, not for taking home with you). The second was recommended by the homeowner and we visited a cat sanctuary (Jaguars, leopards, etc called Cat Haven. We spent almost 3 hours here! House was well stocked, AC worked quickly and efficiently. Furniture was comfortable. Another added bonus was a neighbors cows would greet us every morning and the kids played on a tire swing.
