「Room was nice and clean!」

「We are on a 40 day road trip and the Gilmore has been our favorite place to stay so far! It’s in a great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and shopping, room was comfy, nicely decorated and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and return!」

We thought this was the hotel that we stayed in last year, but it turns out to be the one we first went to, and saw how nasty the room was and the entire property and decided to stay somewhere else. However, this year was a different experience. You can tell that there had been many renovations and upgrades done to the rooms from the previous year and the overall look was much better. I was pleasantly surprised and we decided to stay this time.」

「The property was perfect for our short weekend! Close to attractions and a lot of space. The property could have been more clean. They were still cleaning when we arrived. There were stains all over the couch and the upholstered nightstands and still a stain on the floor in front of the toilet from bad aim. Check in was easy and I did enjoy the overall stay, but felt like I had to clean before I could relax」

「The property was updated within the last 5 years. The rooms were very damp. Pages in my book got wavy, my medicine disintegrated, and my clothes smelled musty. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.」

「We stayed only one night and although in general everything was fine, only our room had some small cockroaches in fact they left the poison in the room haha that was funny, but overall it was fine, if you are just passing through I think it's fine.」

「The staff was nice, and they changed our room. However, the shower was broken and water leaked out everywhere. The room looked old and poorly maintained, with peeling cabinets and worn furniture. The blankets had cigarette burns, and the hotel hallways were dirty. The entire place smelled like food and cigarette smoke. The air conditioning also did not work properly.」
