“Was put in a handy capped room even though we didn’t book for one. We managed but the smell was bad. Check in should be a little earlier than 3pm not going to lie. Also parking was bad, had to park on the other side of the building due to how many spots were taken. Wouldn’t go back here again”

“The bed was very comfortable and the room was okay - at least I felt safe. However, checking in was awkward because I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time and was told by someone at a kiosk that they needed to see if the room was ready and would call me. So I had to sit in my car and they never called me. So I had to go back in and find out. Normally, hotels will let you check-in a little early, since most people check out early too.
