Great family place
Quiet neighborhood, loaded with daily deer sitings. Great house with lots of space and family definitely enjoyed pool table. Extra large yard space. Only ‘house’ issue was the low pressure in the showers - but, probably just a location thing. I originally booked this place so my son could go fishing - but, apparently you need a boat to access the local fishing spots. Still a great place and would definitely book again.

Nice & Roomy
The property is good size and we all loved the pool table. The house was not very clean. Lots of spots on the carpet and the master bath floor wasn't clean. The kitchen is ok but does not have a regular size coffee pot or a Keurig. We cooked so the kitchen felt somewhat inadequate in terms of cooking utensils, etc. But if you don't cook, it would have been fine. Thank you!

Missed the mark
Positives: large space for families, bedroom size, outdoor space and fun pool table room. Negatives: overall cleanliness, multiple light bulbs out, lack of cooking hardware. The property was spacious for our family and everyone enjoyed hanging out in the living room and pool table room. But the property needed a very deep cleaning and basic maintenance. There were cobwebs and spiders throughout, trash found in the closets, dirty towels in the bathrooms, and multiple lights were out in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Weekend Basketball Tournament
We had a basketball tournament at Lake Point Sports Complex and needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms are large and the jacuzzi in the master bath was truly enjoyed by our granddaughter. Restaurants were close with a range of different types of food. Most worth mentioning was our host. He was very accommodating and answered our texts quickly. Even though we did not win this VRBO rental did.

Awesome spot for Friends
We got this property as a spot for all the groomsmen for my wedding to stay together. The place was perfect. Lots of space, huge bedrooms, multiple beds. The extra room with Billards was fun. I wish we got to stay longer and use the fire pit. Bring soap for the bathrooms/showers. Other than that I would go back in a heart beat!! All was perfect for a family/group.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful and spacious home. I can’t believe we used to try to cram 6 people in a hotel room for almost the same money. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway
We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding in Woodstock. This is a great family friendly home with all of the amenities you need to be away from home. We had a great time and we will be staying again!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!!

Overall great get away!
This property was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We had teammates over one day for lunch. The lake access was perfect for our time after games. Communication with the host was always quick and easy! If I had to pick something to complain about would be the dryer took a long time to dry clothes but was not a big deal for us, we just felt bad running the dryer that much.
