“We had no idea that Concord quarters was on the national historic registry when we booked. The owners are so gracious, and breakfast was perfect! Beds and the room were comfortable and unique. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.”

“First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. “The staff at the desk and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The floors could have been vacuumed better as there were crumbs or such under the table & around the edges of the room.”

“It’s a nice 1840 home. Rooms decorated with antiques and very homey. It’s old so some wear and tear is evident but it’s a beautiful home. Cookies greet you at check in and there is breakfast every morning. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Everyone is very courteous. Denise was excellent at providing all the information one needs. Convenient to downtown shopping, food and historic district. Also close to the river walk and trails”

“Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. One of them was able to get the extra charge taken off, NOT the manager. The……
