Location was really good for Darling Harbour and an easy walk also into the city. Staff were friendly. We had chosen to stay in the “Penthouse” which was anything but. First we received an email to advise they would give it to us “less for cash”?? When we got into the room, we were immediately disappointed (for a Penthouse). Really old decor, water goes everywhere in the bathroom (no screens etc), beds not made on housekeeping, no plug for the sink, filthy windows (little balcony so no excuse for not being able to reach). In fairness, we did get an email AFTER we left to say they are new owners and are aware they need to make improvements…. If they do what they say, things would be much better.

The place is spacious, great for wheelchairs and people with disabilities. It’s a bit old and tacky but clean. We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee were good. First time to find soy milk for my coffee. 👍to you.
