“This apartment was perfect for my needs while I was taking part in 2 athletic events in Des Moines. My scheduled travel partner was not able to attend leaving me as a single female. With codes to external & internal doors and a quiet building and neighborhood, I felt very safe. I was even able to shelter in the basement gym, during a tornado alert. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and Mac added lots of useful extras. He was also a quick and helpful communicator. I would definitely stay……

“My family stayed for our daughter's college graduation. The condo was absolutely spotless, beautiful, modern, and we like the balcony too. We didn't use the kitchen but it was roomy and seemed to have everything one would need. The only small issue was a neighbor whose dog barked incessantly from check-in at 4pm until 1am. (Apparently it was upset because it was alone and the storms outside upset it) Fortunately we always travel with a white noise app and a blue tooth speaker so sleeping was not……

“I felt very safe and comfortable in this home. It was clean and the host what's responsive on the few questions I had. The best part is during the summer.You can walk out the front door and two doors down starts.The Des Moines farmers market.”

“Great location, perfect for two people. It is cumbersome to check in and get fob for parking. Very loud street partying on weekend nights. Location is great for downtown bar scene.”
