「We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived, it appeared that people were living there, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool was in terrible condition—the water was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom. There were broken windows around the property, and the overall condition was nothing like what was advertised.
The listing advertised breakfast, but there was no breakfast available. We were also surprised to be charged a $60 damage deposit upon arrival...
