“We had a really great stay here. The apartment is well situated, quiet (despite the main road) and well appointed. With the large windows there is plenty of light. And despite the cold weather, the flat was never cold. We appreciated the use of a high chair and bed for our 2 year old – plus the games, train set and books! Next time we come to Great Malvern, we hope to stay here. Many thanks.”

"We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out."
