Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi. Suggest that the code and password be left at the accommodation. We had problems with the radiator in the bedroom not working, likewise the bathroom towel rail. Having lived in Worcester for……

“The flat/annexe was extremely clean and the host was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Extremely peaceful and relaxing, if you enjoy walking it is also the place for you. Highly recommended.”

“There was a mix-up with our arrival time, so the room had not been serviced when we arrived, but Lou had the cleaners in for a couple of hours shortly after. The amenities and the area are outstanding. Right in the middle of town with lots of great shops and restaurants. There was supposed to be a guest instruction book for restaurants, places to go, and some operating instructions -- but it had nothing in it. It was really an issue when we tried to do a quick wash with no instructions……

“Really great location overlooking the canals and within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and all the shops on the High Street. Absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen and the hosts even supply bread, milk, orange juice, butter, tea, coffee and sugar. Great not having to shop as soon as you arrive”
