「Amazing hotel in a quiet area very cozy and nice room」

「Misleading photos, they uploaded some photos and we booked it based on views but once we arrived there, we were told that our rooms are in the other building in another address! WEIRD! By the way, we have been waiting behind the door for about 2 hours to get into the building. The guy in customer service, on the phone, was so rude and was not helpful at all!」

「Really great place to stay, I really liked the place, room is as described! Really close to Zaan Schans and Zaandam and easily accessible to Amsterdam! Highly recommended if you want to stay a bit further from Amsterdam!」

「Clean rooms. Spacious. Had a view. Nice bed. Liked the kitchenette. Location was good, in a safe and clean area, a little bit outside of old town. Staff was helpful. Liked the 24h front desk. They let us use the shower room post check-out before heading to the airport, which was great.」

「The room with 2 bedrooms apartments is not too big, but the cooking amenities is good to use. The hotel location is a little bit worse due to the road construction, no wonder how long will it take. And the hotel didn’t told us before we check in, that we should find the way to arrived. Check in process is also not really necessary.」

「Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.」

「It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV. Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport.」

「The hotel was very clean. We stayed for 4 nights and booked a family room with one queen-size bed and two single beds, which was perfect for our family of 4. There are several supermarkets nearby, and a large shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away, so it’s very convenient for shopping and getting food. The transportation is also quite convenient, as there is a metro station right next to the hotel. The hotel provides housekeeping and fresh bed linen every 3 days, which I think is a very...

「地點需透過船, 但也是一種新的體驗」

「Very good breakfast. Convenient location.」

「是」

「非常乾淨舒適，位置十分方便，距離地鐵站幾分鐘路程，職員友善。付費早餐也相當好」

「It should be more clearly stated that this is a hotel without staff. Also the room was good but it shouldn’t be stated as a deluxe room (which we booked for). It was just a regular style Ibis room. Apart from that it was clean and comfortable.」
