"The pool was out of order without any prior notice. Moldings in the room were falling off, the TV did not have sound until staff was called. App for room service did not work."

"It is always a decent stay at Resort with fair price on the AC boardwalk. Staff is always very helpful. Breakfast at Breadsticks is always great."

"Rooms were clean and staff were polite. There are several restaurant in the Resort. There is bound to be something for everyone. Most restaurants open Thursday-Sunday so if you travel earlier in the week you won’t have the full options. Front desk check in was time consuming because there are no kiosk to check in. However, if you’re a VIP member there is a separate check-in session that makes the money you’ve spent gambling well worth the exclusive treatment. "

"No breakfast , false advertising , over priced as they charged us after we paid u for taxes and resort fees. Staff was nasty, waited 3 hours beforw we got our room and ac was more like a fan. No internet ..... "

"Self check in was amazing ! Keeps you from having to stand in line. Sad it will take jobs but it’s efficient. Room clean and the pillow and mattress was great !!!! Stay in the Bayview tower or waterfront "

"They had decent activities. The condition of the hotel is poor. Staff is not helpful. There was one very rude front desk person very short and responded with an attitude she seemed to be very young and has no customer service skills. I will say the front desk person, Diamond, excellent customer service skills. She was very helpful and explained a lot without having to ask. Room was given away and rooms were dirty and poor condition. We had to be moved the second night due to having no more doubles which was already paid for prior to trip. The king was very outdated dirty couch. They had no extra blankets to provide and you are only provided two towels to a room and even at the waterpark... bring your own towels. Breakfast was good. The restaurant wasnt the best esthetically. Overall. I would only go for the entertainment if I was to visit with family, but would not stay there again. It looked better online."

"That was the best wonderful time ever I was my birthday with my husband we love the hotel people was amazing food the best music great and everything was excellent love everything. We come back in July for my husband birthday too, I can wait "
