“Everything was clean. We had no washcloths, but someone eventually dropped some off. It’s an old building with old wooden, creaky floors. There is no elevator & though they say it’s broken, it’s nonexistent. So if you’re on the 3rd floor ( we were) you climb about 40 steps. That was inconvenient & tiring.”
