"Was a decent hotel room inside , could be cleaner though. The outside of the hotel seemed very sketchy. I would recommend double checking the outside area of this hotel before booking. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The first guy I encountered seemed to be annoyed, the room I booked on here reflected a different room on his end and he wasn’t very helpful in getting the issue fixed. I was a little nervous to have my car outside of this place but ultimately did not have any issues. "

"The policy and fees section on hotels.com needs to be updated. When you arrive to the property and check in you will be charged the full room rate (after pre-paying) and then an additional $50 incidental charge which wont be returned for 5-10 business days. Front desk agent has a bad attitude when you ask why you are being charged after paying for room and looks down on people who use hotels.com "

"Mattress was near end of life. Linens were past end of life! Replace them already!"

"I was in room 122 and the neighbors to our right were up all night yelling and slamming doors and walking in and out. They would hang out outside their door and be very loud. The Wi-Fi never worked in our room and then we were rudely awakened in the morning at 9:26 a.m. even though check out is not until 11:00 a.m.. "

"Carpet in the room was worn and frayed. Walls had water damage, tv cabinet had water damage. Beds were old. This is not what I expect from a $250 per night hotel."
