“The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order. “Very clean and good location in downtown Luverne. Hiccup with electronic locks not accepting the code initially due to an internet problem, but the host showed up late at night to address the issue.”

“This property was immaculately clean and of good value. I tried another VRBO in this town two years ago without as much luck. It's a great value in relation to furnishings for cost. The property is located one-half block from the town's grocery store which made it convenient for ice and snacks. Kitchen furnishings were adequate as most folks visiting probably don't prepare meals. I also liked the location of other apartments in the immediate building so I could share social time with friends……
