  • Welcome to Holly Pointe Estate, a private 90-acre luxury retreat overlooking the bay. Enjoy over 14,400 sq ft across the main house and cottage, featuring 8+ bedrooms and resort-style amenities. Relax by the pool, play pickleball, or unwind with the pool table. Perfect for large groups, retreats, and unforgettable getaways surrounded by privacy, space, and incredible views.

    The main house master suite is located on the first floor with a large ensuite. The soaking tub is by a large window to enjoy the water views. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs and there is an elevator if needed. 6 of the bedrooms have an attached full bathroom. Sleeps 15 in beds and 4 on pullout couches. The cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Total number of guests 25!
    The large kitchen has 2 islands, 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers. There are 3 refrigerators in total. The bar area has a mini fridge. The home also boasts a sunroom, office, library with pool table, and an elegant dining room as well as a breakfast area for 8. Almost every room has views of the water. The pool and pergola seating area with fireplace is right off the kitchen.
    The grounds are lovely to walk and spot wildlife.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the water! The house is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the awesome pool, great hot tub, and beautiful dock overlooking the water.The property itself is gorgeous, and the pickleball court was such a fun bonus! Our family had a little competition that created some of our favorite memories from the trip.
