“I needed a place to stay for one night after an evening event in Scunthorpe. Gary and Sue were welcoming and most accommodating to my need for a late evening return. Good clean room with iron and tea made available. Well worth the money.”

“I was in room one over looking boating lake. It had teas,coffees, glass spoon and cup. Hot water with bath and shower, plenty of fresh towels and floral gel soaps. Comfy bed. Staff helpful and explained about entry and times.”

“Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals.
We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!!
Wonderful breakfast. 10/10”
